Excellent podcast. I hadn’t considered really how reading the newspapers contributed to my feelings of anxiety, thanks. One other thought: I read an article in CNN that you might want to write about: the Covid-19 unease that we all might be feeling might be generally a feeling of grief. The loss of security, unemployment, control, health, etc. That is exactly what it is! Perhaps that is what this malaise some of us are feeling can be called and maybe you would consider writing about that in some form?
